Featured Coach

Our guest this month is a coach I've known for many years, and after hearing so much about how she approaches her work, and how solidly it's informed by her vast knowledge about attachment styles, NLP, trauma, and many other fields of psychological study, and having had the privilege to get an insight into the rich tapestry of life experience that her knowledge is built on and integrated into, I've been licking my fingers to see what it actually looks like when she practices. So join me in getting excited to see Elfreda in action 🙂

Bio & Approach:

Elfreda is a professional coach, trainer and educator who specialises in helping individuals develop their self-awareness for better and more secure personal and professional relationships. Her training in coaching psychology, positive psychology, sociology, NLP and drama and communications has afforded her the ability to look at both an individual's experience and the systems in which they function. This has led her to develop a passion for attachment theory, both first and second generation, and how attachment needs drive both the success and failure of some of our most important relationships. By combining the Dynamic Maturational Model of Attachment and Adaptation, NLP and coaching psychology she helps clients drill down to the root of their relational stress. Her teaching hat also helps her to support clients to develop more secure ways of communicating that facilitates secure attachment and positive outcomes for even the most challenging relationships. She offers coaching online and in-person in Meath, Ireland and teaches in adult education offering courses in Psychology, Human Growth and Development, Criminology, Mindfulness, Effective Communication and Personal Development. She believes that earning secure attachment has the potential to change lives which is why she prioritises psychological safety and a sense of belonging in all areas of her work.
